Crews working on a Novus site work to our operating and safety management systems. Prequalification covers safety performance, insurances, competency records and environmental controls, scaled to the type of work and its risks.
We hire selectively — subsurface, engineering, operations and corporate. There is no formal vacancy list; strong expressions of interest are read and kept on file.

You must always seek authorisation prior to entering any of our site locations, and receive written confirmation from Novus prior to entry.
